KUO YUPING
Born in Nantou, Taiwan, she graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts. Her practice spans painting, video, installation, performance, and writing, with a sustained focus on the ruptures and traumas between personal life experience and historical structures. Often beginning from close observation and relational encounters, her works construct enveloping, immersive spaces that capture subtle and ineffable undertones in everyday life.
Her recent projects have addressed issues such as identity within transnational mobility, the (ir)replaceability of care as commodified labor, and the overlooked feminine voices within history. At the same time, she has developed other bodies of work characterized by a more fluid and playful visual language, or by autobiographical writing that interweaves the real and the fictional, conveying the complex imagery of the inner world— ranging from the grotesque and fantastical to intuitive, affective expressions.
Recent exhibitions include Enclave: The Birth of an Autobiography (2024), Geopoetics: Changing Nature of Threatened Worlds (2023), and How Real Is Yesterday at TKG+ (2019). Kuo Yu Ping was twice shortlisted for the Taipei Art Awards (2015, 2018), and has participated in the Taiwan Biennial (2018) and the Taipei Biennial (2016).

郭俞平
生於臺灣南投，畢業於臺北藝術大學藝術跨領域研究所。創作橫跨繪畫、錄像、裝置、行為與書寫等多種媒材，長期關注個人生命經驗與歷史結構之間無法銜接的斷裂與創傷。她的作品經常從近身觀察與關係性出發，藉由包覆式的沉浸空間建構，捕捉日常生活中幽微且難以言喻的感受。近期的創作關注跨國移動中的身份認同、照護作為勞動商品的（不可）替代、以及歷史中忽略的陰性聲音。另一方面，她也有不同的作品系列以活潑流暢的視覺語言或自傳體書寫的虛實交錯，傳達個體內心世界的繁複圖像，包含了怪誕奇幻的想像和更多直覺性的感性表述。近期展覽包括：《飛地：一部自傳的誕生》（2024）、《地緣詩學：瀕危世界的多變特質》（2023）、TKG+《昨日有多真實》（2019）。郭俞平曾入圍2018和2015兩屆台北獎，並曾參展2018年台灣雙年展、2016年台北雙年展。
